Each shade is crafted from three layers of mouth-blown opal glass, combining a glossy exterior with a sandblasted matt interior. This carefully considered construction directs the majority of the light downwards while allowing a softer glow to diffuse naturally into the surrounding space. The beauty of the PH 3/2 lies not in brightness alone, but in the balance it creates between light and space. Illumination, shadow and material blend naturally within its gentle glow, giving the interior a calm and layered atmosphere.
